TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1) PRIVILEGE AVAILABLE FOR PROMOCODE: KTCShan
    o     Required advanced deposit for full payment 100% of reservation.
    o     The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

2) CHILDREN’ S POLICY

    o     There is no charge for child 0-3.99 years.
    o     Children 4-5.99 years will be charge at 50% from adult.
    o     Children 6 years above will be charged as adult.

3) CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY

The rooms as reserved shall be made available for occupancy after 15:00 hrs. on the day of arrival. Should guest wish to occupy the room before 15:00 hrs., placing a reservation a night prior to the arrival date is recommended.

Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Room used from 12:00 noon to 18:00 hrs. on the day of departure will be charged 50% of the contracted rate (subject to availability). Rooms occupied beyond 18:00 hrs. will be charged full day charge.

Early Check-out: Unused room nights are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to the Hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Extension of stay is subject to space and rate availability.

Once check–in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay, even if they choose to depart early.

4) Voucher
It is clearly understood, that it is up to the Tour Operator to submit in advance to the hotel a sample of the voucher to be utilized, so as to determine the authenticity thereof prior to usage by their clients. Once this is established, the clients need to present their vouchers upon check in.

5) Overbooking
The hotel reserves the right to overbook, which may result in some guests being relocated. In this event, the hotel will secure, and the client agrees to accept, alternative accommodation of at least an equal standard but is not liable to pay compensation to the Tour Operator or any individual hotel guests.

6) Termination
The Hotel shall have the absolute right at any time by giving notice in writing to the Customer to cancel this Agreement forthwith including current and future reservations on the occurrence of any of the following events: Non-compliance with agreed trading terms. If the Customer enters into bankruptcy or liquidation whether compulsory or voluntarily (other than for the purposes of amalgamation or reconstruction) or compounds with its or their creditors or takes or suffers any similar action in consequence of debt or is served with notice of or relating to bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings or if execution is levied against any of the assets of the Operator. If Hotel cannot operate properly or at all, due to fire, storm, typhoon, earthquake, war, explosion, bombing, civil commotion, riot, disturbance, or political unrest. Or any other circumstance(s), event(s), or other force major condition(s) beyond its control or if its license to operate as a hotel is revoked, cancelled, or suspended. Upon any change in the composition or (in the case of a customer) ownership of the Customer.
