สงบ สะอาด กลิ่นดี พนักงานบริการดีมาก โดยรวมชอบทุกอย่างค่ะ แต่อยากให้มีกระจกแต่งหน้าสำหรับผู้หญิงเพราะไฟในห้องเป็นสีส้ม ทำให้เวลาแต่งหน้าค่อนข้างลำบาก อาจจะเป็นกระจกตั้งโต๊ะที่สามารถหยิบย้ายไปแต่งหน้าข้างหน้าต่างเพื่อรับแสงธรรมชาติได้ พนักงานบริการดีน่สรักทุกท่าน ห้องพักสะอาด กลิ่นดี เตียงนอนสบายมากค่ะ

Lovely place to stay We had a great time here; the staff were very very friendly and easy going and did so much for us Tangmo and Sai and Nut were great in particular. The food on the top floor is also really nice too, the location isn’t the best for access to the main bars but that isn’t the hotels fault.

Hotdog pillow the best 😁 I really love the hotdog pillow. Fluffiest bed ever! Staffs are all so approachable and great. They can clean your room everyday if you want. Clean rooms and bathroom too! A but far from the Airport and malls but there's grab so still okay. Recommended 🫶🏼

Great stay in Shan Villas Sukhumvit We stayed in Shan Villas from Friday to Sunday and had a really good time! The staff was very nice and polite and helped making the stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in the three bedroom apartment and had an extra living room which came in pretty handy. The roof top had a great view and was a special experience in the morning and evening. We would definitely come back although it’s not too close to the city center.

Brilliant hotel Absolutely fantastic hotel very clean and tidy the rooms were brilliant, great idea having scent in rooms lift and around the hotel. All staff are polite caring and helpful and attentive pok ,sai, nan, plus other receptionist didn't get her name could not be more welcoming and friendly .only stayed two nights but enjoyed so much went back for my last three nights in bangkok. The shuttle bus service down to the bts station very useful .cannot recommend this hotel enough see you again next year Paul b

Beautiful and Well Priced 3 Bedroom Suite My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shan Villas Sukhumvit for our first 2 nights in Thailand. The check in process was super easy. Front desk was kind and helpful and speak English. We arrived at 2 am from our flight coming from the US. We were so tired but they helped us with our luggage up to our 3 bedroom suite and settled us in. There is an elevator. The suite was clean and exactly as pictured! We could not have been more impressed. We had a private driver so traveling too and from the hotel was not an issue. Actually - it was really nice to be a little ways from central Bangkok and in a quieter neighborhood after the daily commotion. The pool is also a great area to relax in. I wish it was a little deeper but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Breakfast in the morning on the rooftop is also a wonderful experience. My parents enjoyed the convenience. Overall, my family had a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back. Please don’t hesitate to book your stay here! It is worth it and a great price for what you get.
